A new operator’s first days are spent with an experienced colleague standing next to them. That spends two people’s time and puts the cost of the first mistake on an expensive machine.

On a virtual copy the same operation can be attempted again and again. Starting in the wrong order, fitting the wrong part, entering the wrong value are all allowed — the simulation shows the consequence and the machine is unharmed. The person who walks onto the floor has already done the job.

The same structure carries assembly training: the sequence is written into the scenario, the participant follows it, and a wrong step raises a warning immediately.

How it is built

    The scenario is not picked from a stock library. Your own start-up instructions, assembly sequence and maintenance procedure are the source.

    The procedure is broken into ordered tasks: the precondition, the correct action and the typical mistakes are defined for each step.

    The participant joins with a headset or a computer. The instructor can stand in the same scene as a guide, or read the result afterwards.

    Step times, error types and completion land in the report the moment the session ends. Who did what is measured, not estimated.

  • Mistakes become free

    A wrong move while learning risks neither the machine nor the person. The number of repetitions follows what the trainee needs, not what the budget allows.

  • The machine stays in production

    No line stops and no machine is set aside for training. While the virtual copy is being learned on, the real one is working.

  • The manufacturer guides step by step

    Fine-adjustment and troubleshooting steps are written into the scenario in advance. When the operator puts on the headset, they are guided the way a navigation system guides.

  • Competence becomes provable

    Instead of “attended the training”, the record reads “completed this scenario in this time with these errors”. The competence decision rests on measurement, not on a certificate.

FAQ

Does virtual training replace training on the real machine?

No — it comes before it. Sequence, part recognition and decision points are learned virtually, so the person arrives at the real machine already knowing them. Physical force, material behaviour and the sound of the machine keep being learned on the floor.

How many people can join at once?

Two to four participants share a scene in one session. Anyone without a headset follows the same scenario from a computer, so headset count does not cap the group.

If our procedure changes, is the scenario rewritten?

No. Scenarios are built in modules; a changed step can be updated on its own and the update is pushed to devices centrally.
