How we work
Every scenario is a sequence of tasks. Time, errors and completion are recorded for each participant. An instructor can join the session as a guide, or simply read the results afterwards.

The headset in the background is not a video or a pre-rendered image; it is a point cloud computed on your graphics card as you scroll. You can drag it around. The same discipline drives Synaps: the fewer files that have to download, the faster it opens on site.

The Synaps interface
From the scenario list to the session report, every screen shares the same data. The instructor starts the session, participants join with headsets, and the result lands in the report the moment it ends.

Participants
Participants meet at the same machine; one takes it apart while another follows the sequence. Task sharing is written into the scenario itself.
Scenario
The scenario is not picked from a stock library; it is derived from your assembly instructions, maintenance procedures and safety rules.
The participant enters the scene with a headset; they grab the part, remove it, put it back. The training lands in muscle memory too.
Anyone without a headset follows the same scenario from a computer and takes on tasks. Headset count does not cap the group size.
An instructor and a participant in different cities meet in the same session. Training requires no travel and no accommodation.
In a facility without internet access, the session runs over the local network. Data never leaves the site.
We pick the pilot scenario together, make it run, and measure it. The results decide what comes next.
