Which datalives where
This notice explains the personal data processed through glassworktech.com. The short version: the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and processes data only when you get in touch.
Last updated: 27 July 2026
Short summary
- The site uses no cookies and writes nothing identifying to your browser.
- No visitor analytics run here; there is no third-party tracking code.
- The contact form sends what you write to the site’s server. The server does not store it in a database; it forwards it straight to us as email.
- To filter out automated submissions, an irreversible digest of your IP address is held for at most one minute; the address itself is not stored.
Data controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Glasswork Technology. The channel for requests is at the end of this notice.
Personal data processed
Simply browsing the site collects no personal data. Processing begins when you submit the contact form or email us directly.
- Identity: first and last name
- Contact: email address and, if given, phone number
- Professional details: company name and your role
- The content of your message
- Technical: a digest of your IP address at the moment of submission — used only to filter automated submissions, for at most one minute
Purpose and legal basis
The data is processed only to assess your request, reply to you and, where asked, prepare a proposal. The legal basis is KVKK article 5/2-(c), processing directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract; otherwise it is your explicit consent.
Your data is not added to a marketing list, is not used for profiling and is not fed into automated decision-making.
Transfers
Your personal data is not sold and not shared for marketing. Your form submission passes through the server hosting this site and is delivered as email; the correspondence itself is stored on the infrastructure of the email provider we use. Both are inherent to the service.
Training session data collected at your site during a project is not the subject of this notice; that data belongs to your organisation and is governed separately by contract. When Synaps runs in local network mode, session data never leaves the site.
Retention
If your enquiry does not turn into a project, the correspondence is kept for at most two years and then deleted. Correspondence that becomes a project is kept for the periods the applicable legislation requires.
Your rights under KVKK article 11
The law grants you the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is processed
- To request information if it has been processed
- To learn the purpose and whether the data is used accordingly
- To know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, at home or abroad
- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- To request erasure or destruction within the conditions of the law
- To request that correction, erasure and destruction be notified to third parties it was transferred to
- To object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis
- To claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
